Victoria Richardson named marketing and business development manager for Colliers in Arizona

Leader brings 12 years of marketing expertise in commercial real estate and manufacturing

Phoenix, September 14, 2020 – Victoria Richardson was named marketing and business development manager for Colliers International in Arizona. Based in Phoenix, Richardson will oversee all marketing and public relations efforts for Colliers throughout Arizona, as well as providing business development services for the company.

Richardson, a 12-year veteran of the marketing field, brings expertise in both the commercial real estate and manufacturing industries. Most recently she served as marketing manager for Cushman & Wakefield in Arizona, where she handled internal and external marketing. Her role involved business development, public relations, and cross-collaboration among a variety of departments and service lines.

Prior to that position, Richardson served as marketing communications manager for Pebble Technology International, a Scottsdale-based manufacturer of pool finishes and enhancements.

Richardson holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Advertising from Northern Arizona University. Outside of her professional activities, she is a mother of two, volunteers for Kitchen on the Street and creates jewelry.

With more than 12 years of marketing experience, Victoria has extensive expertise in both the commercial real estate and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Colliers, Victoria served as marketing manager for Cushman & Wakefield in Arizona, where she staffed and managed the marketing department with professionals in graphic design, video production, GIS, public relations and communications, and special events. She established, documented and executed several new processes across various disciplines, creating cross-organizational connections, collaboration and transparency to achieve proactive and effective solutions.

Previously, Victoria was the marketing manager for Pebble Technology International. She implemented several integrated and automated systems, completed comprehensive rebrand for corporate identity, partnered on the strategy and launch of a new website, and developed online portals for forms and reporting tools. Her background includes serving as account manager for NSBKeane, Tony Felice PR and Yelp, Inc., and as territory manager for Ecolab.
