Winslow Place Apartments Trades Hands for $8.5M


Local Investor Acquires Turnkey Asset in North Seattle

Winslow Place in Fremont, LLC, a northwest based investor, purchased the Winslow Place Apartments this week for $8.5 million. The nearly turnkey, four story, 24-unit building located at 3809 Whitman Ave N is currently 100% occupied, with most units offering views of Downtown Seattle. All of the units have been renovated within the last five years, offering strong investment upside. Colliers International’s Dan Chhan, Tim McKay, Sam Wayne, and Matt Kemper represented the buyers in the sale.
