Colliers Relocates to Holland Tower to Accommodate Rapid Growth

Richmond, V.A. – October 2020 – Colliers International has announced their Richmond office is moving to Holland Tower where it will occupy approximately 27,000 square feet.  The company is set to officially move in December of 2020 from its current location at Reynolds Crossing.  

Colliers will be moving 134 employees to the new office which is nearly 7,000 square feet larger than its current space, and it will house 150 employees in total.  The new facility provides Colliers with significant space to accommodate the company’s rapid growth.  Employees are currently spread across two floors at Reynolds Crossing. 

“Reynolds Crossing has been a great home for us the last several years and we’re thankful for the role it has played in our company’s growth.  Unfortunately, we outgrew our space, so it was time for us to move on to something larger.” stated Joe Marchetti, Managing Director.  “We needed to find a space where we could fit everyone on one floor.  We are thrilled to have found our next home at Holland Tower.  Richmond’s Midtown is a thriving community, its exceptional location and amenities had a significant impact on our decision to move there. The new space provides our brokers and employees a more functional work environment that will increase communication and efficiencies.” 

Holland Tower is situated in Richmond’s Midtown near the Broad Street and Staples Mill Road intersection. Its conveniently located near Willow Lawn Shopping Center, Libbie Mill, and the Broad Street retail corridor.  Nearby amenities include Henrico County Library, grocery stores, and numerous restaurants. The property is situated at the union of I-64 and I-95, providing incredible access for visitors and employees from the entire metropolitan area.  

Views of downtown Richmond, a top floor balcony, and abundant natural light are just a few of the features the space boasts.  Additional meeting rooms and an on-site training center have also been incorporated to foster more collaboration.

Tom Vozenilek joined the firm 2001 with 23 years of commercial sales and leasing experience. Tom's principal activity for the last 30 years has been Transaction Management. He was part of the original team at Virginia Landmark that started Tenant/Buyer Representation in the Central Virginia Market in 1986. Tom’s clients have included state agencies, universities, Fortune 500 corporations and a variety of regional and local firms.

Zachary Roski

Zach Roski is a Senior Vice President,  Principal of the Colliers | Virginia Mid-South offices and an  advisory and transaction specialist. His primary focus is the representation of tenants in the acquisition of office space. In this role he provides corporate real estate services, site selection surveys and analyses. 

Zach is a 22 year veteran of the industry and has a history representing multi-market accounts/tenants across the United States. Upon graduation from Virginia Commonwealth University, he joined the country’s second largest real estate investment trust, United Dominion Realty Trust, where he worked primarily in multi-family property/asset management. 

From 2003 to early 2014, Zach was a member of the team working on the Commonwealth of Virginia’s real estate portfolio. As a part of the team, he assisted with office and warehouse acquisitions, consolidations, dispositions, strategic planning and implementation. The team completed more than 70 transactions annually and achieved over $80 million in savings for the Commonwealth through lease negotiations.
