Richmond, Va. – January 13, 2021 – Colliers International Virginia (‘Colliers”) announced today it has been selected by Collins Capital Partners, a national investment services firm based in Florida, as the leasing agent for One Holland Place and Vistas I & II (“the Portfolio”), all located within Richmond’s strongest submarket. The Portfolio consists of 155,368 total square feet of Class A/B+ office space. This is Collins Capital Partners second acquisition in Richmond. In 2020, the investment services firm purchased 7200, 7204 and 7400 Glen Forest Ave.
One Holland Place, located at 2235 Staples Mill Road, consists of 82,886 square feet. It has approximately 26,500 square feet available for lease, which includes a full floor consisting of 21,584 square feet. Key tenants include PPD Development, Kroger, and American Access Care. It sits adjacent to highly awaited Libbie Mill, a newly constructed mixed-use development including numerous retailers, office space, and apartments.
Vistas I & II, located at 5540 & 5516 Falmouth Street, consists of 36,464 square feet and 36,018 square feet, respectively. Vistas I has 9,152 square feet available across two suites, while Vistas II has 3,863 square feet available across three suites. Major tenants include National Counseling Group, Page Associates, First Home Care, and Future Law. The properties are situated near The Shops at Willow Lawn, home to major retailers such as Kroger, Dicks, Chick-fil-A, and Panera Bread.
The Portfolio is centrally located with highway adjacency, just minutes away from I-64, I-95, and West Broad Street.
