Colliers Facilitates Multiple Lease Transactions Valued Over $4.2 Million

Richmond, VA – October 9, 2020 – Colliers International Virginia, LLC has successfully secured five new deals across Virginia.  This week’s transactions combined for a total of 141,668 square feet and are valued at over $4.2 million.

New transactions included:

Kickshaws Gluten-Free Bakery Inc. signed a new 1,600 square foot lease at 1511 Central Park Blvd in Fredericksburg.  Colliers’ Robby Brownfield, Rob Black, Chris Doyle, Lee Cherwek and Chris Read represented the landlord.

Halperin Law Center LLC signed a 4,748 square foot least at 4435 Waterfront Drive in Glen Allen.  Colliers’ David Wilkins, Rebecca Barricklow and Joe Marchetti represented the landlord, Catherine Walker represented the tenant.

Chris has involved himself in the brokerage, leasing and/or development of over 40 shopping centers from Virginia to Florida.  Previously, he was Vice President for the Richmond office of Trout, Segall and Doyle from 1993 to 1996.
