Richmond, VA – October 22, 2020 – Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of Richmond Medical Park, located at 2000-2010 Bremo Road, Richmond, Virginia. The campus was acquired by Maryland based Feldman Bergin Properties.

The 5-building medical office campus totals 105,741 square feet and is 92% leased to a diverse medical tenancy to include Dominion Eye Associates, Cataract & Refractive Surgery Center, Dignitas Health, Insight Physicians among other top tier, specialty medical practices. Richmond Medical Park is highly accessible to the entire Richmond MSA and strategically located between two flagship hospitals, St. Mary’s and Henrico Doctor’s, providing a ground zero location for a wide range of medical users.
