"Colliers International’s pan-Baltic investment team have helped DSV A/S to sell and lease back our logistics facilities in Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius. We are more than satisfied with the centralised process coordination managed by Colliers and professional in-depth advice in each of the countries on the subject of lease terms and divestment strategy. Colliers structured approached helped to select the right partner to meet our goals and quickly resolve challenges we faced during this process. Moreover, Colliers team managed to meet the tight deadline we set so that three lease and sales-purchase agreements were signed within 2.5 months after the start of the marketing process.
We want to thank Angela Kolesnikova, Margus Tinno and Ramune Askiniene for their input in meeting our price and timing targets for this project. DSV would definitely recommend Colliers Baltics for anyone who is seeking high quality real estate advisory services."
