Before joining Colliers, Emil worked for emFinanse Sp.z o.o. (part of the BRE Bank group), creating and then subsequently managing divisions offering mortgage products. He has also gained professional experience working for Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., Pekao Bank Hipoteczny, HypoVereinsbank, CitiCorp and T-Mobile Polska S.A.

Emil Domeracki has taken the position of Land Acquisition Senior Specialist and is cooperating with developers when looking for plots for residential projects. Emil has been recognised as the top salesperson, reaching every goal set, on multiple occasions.

Accomplishments

As a Senior Associate he was responsible for numerous complex and challenging transactions in the area of investment sites, creating added value through his advice and assistance in preparing the plots for the transaction. His successful track record includes the sale of the Stocznia Remontowa S.A. in Gdańsk, Stocznia Gdańsk S. A. and Stocznia Remontowa Nauta in Gdynia shipyards, Warsaw’s Emerald Tower, as well as significant land portfolios of the Polski Holding Obronny, Polimex-Mostostal S. A. Qualia Development (part of Pekao BP Group) and Gerda S. A.

During his eight years at Colliers (since 2008) he participated in a total of PLN 1.25 billion worth of transactions, selling and buying over 1,300,000 square metres of investment sites all over Poland.

He graduated from the Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania (Polish Open University) with a title in Enterprise Management. His main focus are negotiation skills and client relationship building, which he expanded through professional training and in practice throughout his career. Courses such as the Kalkstein Corporate Training “Efficient Negotiations with NLP” have further increased his skillsets
