Na koniec I połowy 2019 r. całkowita podaż na dziewięciu głównych rynkach w Polsce przekroczyła poziom 10,8 mln mkw. W ciągu sześciu miesięcy deweloperzy oddali do użytku 321,9 tys. mkw. nowoczesnej powierzchni biurowej, z czego 80,5 tys. mkw. w Warszawie.

Pawel Skalba has been working in the Warsaw office market since 1996.
He joined Colliers in 2000 and in 2004 was promoted to Associate Director for his hard work and dedication.
He became the Partner in Colliers International Poland Sp. z o.o. in 2007.
